(“Titan”) is a boutique real estate investment management business which provides investment and asset management services to institutional investors, private investors, family offices and high net worth individuals wishing to access the Dutch commercial real estate market. We are a specialist in the field of management intensive multi-let industrial and office real estate requiring active asset management in order to add value to the assets. We have the local presence and ability to source and acquire assets from €1 million and are capable and experienced enough to transact €50+ million portfolios.

Titan has approximately €125 million assets under management on behalf of its client investors which include institutional and private investors. We have a particular focus on the industrial sector and are generally recognised for our experience and track record in (multi-let) industrial investment analysis and asset management.

By partnering with international investors and equity sources, we can add a thorough specialist knowledge and understanding of the local market as well as offering a strong local presence for our clients.
