Vincent Spruijt

Vincent is a Partner at Titan, which was formerly Caisson NL. Vincent founded the original Caisson NL business in 2010 and initiated the management buyout from Caisson NL together with Arend den Boef. After the divestment from Caisson NL, the business was subsequently rebranded to Titan.

Prior to founding Caisson NL, Vincent commenced his career in 2003 at The iO Group (subsequently TeeslandiOG, now Valad Property Group) as an asset manager, responsible for the management of a portfolio of multi-let industrial properties, primarily located in the Randstad area and the southern part of the Netherlands.

In 2006, Vincent became Portfolio Director of the Dutch Asset Management Department, responsible for all multi-let industrial funds and asset management mandates in the Netherlands, representing more than 50 multi-let properties with a value of approximately €440 million and over 850 tenants.

After having worked in London as Associate Director of the Pan-European Investment Team, Vincent moved back to the Amsterdam office, responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, market analysis and dispositions in the Benelux. In this role, he was also responsible for initiating a prospective multi-sector Benelux Fund, including market research, business plan development and fund modelling.

In the period 2010-2011 Vincent was a board member of the ‘Stichting Sparta 1888’ and as part of that role responsible for the feasibility study and planning of the development of a new football stadium or alternatively the expansion of the existing stadium ‘The Castle' (Het Kasteel) of Sparta Rotterdam. Between 2011-2014 Vincent was the chairman of the ‘Stichting Sparta Nieuw Terbregge’ and as such responsible for the management of the football grounds of the youth academy of Sparta Rotterdam (professional football) and R.V. & A.V. Sparta (recreational football) of which Vincent is still an active and playing member.  

Vincent specializes in investment analysis, acquisition and disposition, active asset management and investor/client reporting. Vincent studied to Masters level in Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, International Business at École de Management in Lyon and Urban Management at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.


Arend den Boef

Since 2015 Arend is a Partner at Titan, formerly known as Caisson NL, which he joined in 2014.

He started his career in 2002 at JLL. As an asset manager, he was responsible for the asset management of an office portfolio located in the Randstad for various national (KFN, Syntrus Achmea, Inflation Exchange Fund, etc.) and international (Bayer Pensionkasse, Credit Suisse, DB Real Estate, Trinkaus, etc.) investors.

In 2004 Arend moved to the agency team of JLL in Rotterdam. He was responsible for all the letting activities in a big office portfolio located in the Randstad area on behalf of several national and international investors.

Within the privately owned development and investment company De Groene Groep he started in 2006 as a real estate developer. One of his main projects in this job was the responsibility for the renovation of an office building in Utrecht of 5,000m² and the development of a new distribution warehouse of 13,000m² for Deutsche Post.

In 2007 he internally moved into the Investment Division of De Groene Groep, After a job as commercial manager, responsible for the management and supporting the board with acquisitions and dispositions, he was appointed commercial director in early 2011 to become responsible for the asset management of the mixed multi-let portfolio in the Netherlands amounting to approximately €300 million. The portfolio required active asset management and had the following break-down: 70% offices, 20% retail, 5% hotels and 5% industrial. In addition, Arend also initiated and oversaw the redevelopment of a vacant office building into a 'MEININGER' hotel of about 10,000m² in Amsterdam West.

Arend specializes in investment analysis, acquisition and disposition, active asset management and (re-) development. Arend studied to Masters level in Real Estate and Housing at the Delft University of Technology (2001) and Master in Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (2010).
