Titan REIM advises Gramercy Property Europe plc. with distribution centre buy in Oud-Beijerland

Gramercy Property Europe plc. acquired a distribution centre of Paardekooper Verpakkingen B.V., part of Pacombi Group, from a private investor. The  22,407m² large distribution centre also serves as the headquarter of Pacombi Group. The distribution centre is located on the Willem Beukelszstraat 16 in Oud-Beijerland.
