Titan rents out various industrial space on Trade Park Zuid Oost

During the past quarter Titan REIM, on behalf of the owner has rented out various industrial units on Trade Park Zuid Oost in Amsterdam. In various transactions and renewals more than 4,000sqm office and warehouse space was let.

The main transaction has been the expansion of Benetton: following previous expansions during the past years, Benetton has agreed to expand into a fifth industrial unit as per 1 November 2015.
